You can delete your WorldLounges account and all associated data at any time, using either of the methods below.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
Open WorldLounges → Profile → Account settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and associated data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email from the address linked to your account to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and process your request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile (name, email, photo)
- Your favourites, reviews and ratings
- Photos and places you submitted
Some records may be retained for a limited period only where required by law (for example, to comply with legal obligations). Public content you posted may be anonymised rather than removed where it is part of another user's experience.
